Although I do not drink coffee, I have had a great chai tea. It is the soup and sandwiches that keep me going back! There is a different soup every day.... all delicious and unique....and the sandwiches are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone! I think you were in Midland before Penetang (in the flower shop) it was easier for me to get there but will go out of my way to enjoy one of your specialty coffees.
