		<description>Great post JB.  Btw, to all you readers who earn more than 10$ / hr, this applies to you as well.  I know people who earn close to 100K / yr and are barely getting by.  As they say, the more you make the more expensive your tastes.  Finally, if you think there&#039;s no road to independence out there for you, I strongly recommend One Minute Millionaire by Robert Allen.</description>
